Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead quality personnel and guide cross-functional teams to meet product quality and food safety standards at the Silver Spring site.

Responsibilities include supervising lab and manufacturing teams, driving performance through coaching, and overseeing CMS audits and data analysis to improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• Knowledge acquired through 1-3 years of work experience.
• Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Health Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team on the manufacturing floor and QA Lab to deliver results.
• Engage and develop teammates through performance management and training.
• Implement continuous improvement while focusing on customers and company values.
• Manage the Consolidated Management System (CMS) program ensuring QA specs and regulatory requirements are met.
