Job summary

Execufit is recruiting a Quality Assurance Supervisor for a confidential beverage manufacturer in the Roanoke area. The role handles QA on the production floor and in the lab to ensure food safety and quality.

You will develop the team, review testing results, support audits, and collaborate with plant departments to improve processes and maintain product quality. Overnight schedule is required with flexibility for coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, food science, health sciences, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in QA/manufacturing.
• Experience with food safety practices and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA personnel on the production floor and in the laboratory.
• Develop team through coaching, training and feedback.
• Partner with Production to address quality concerns and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee QA programs, documentation, audits, and training.
