Job summary

Everise is seeking a Specialist - Quality Assurance to ensure calls meet client and company quality guidelines. The role involves monitoring associates, providing coaching, and delivering training to staff to uphold service excellence.

You will participate in calibration sessions and stay current with project information, updating training materials as needed and taking calls on assigned engagements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales, ideally in call center
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
• Independent worker with reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Monitor/audit each assigned associate per Everise/client requirements
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure all associates meet quality standards
• Provide training to new hires and experienced associates as needed
• Attend internal and client calibration sessions and contribute to discussions
• Keep training manuals and memos updated and participate in project calls
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
