Clayton Services is seeking a QA/QC & Test Manager to lead our electrical panel quality operations in North Houston. You will manage QA/QC, testing, and FAT activities while ensuring NEC, NFPA 70E, and UL 508A compliance and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in electrical QA/QC, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Direct Hire with a competitive pay rate and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 7+ years in electrical QA/QC, testing, or panel manufacturing.
• 3+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with FAT and functional testing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve QA/QC programs for electrical panels.
• Oversee inspection and testing across fabrication to final inspection.
• Coordinate FATs, customer inspections, and certifications.
• Review testing documentation and ensure NEC/NFPA 70E/UL 508A compliance.
• Lead QA/QC inspectors, drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
