Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, seeks a QA/QC Manager to own the quality control program for facility maintenance operations, including independent inspection, defect tracking, and weekly quality reports for Government customers.

Responsibilities include audits, warranty tracking, and CAPA closure, with inspections in occupied facilities and daily field work. OSHA 30 required; DoD contracting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities maintenance or construction.
• 3+ years in a quality control role on USACE or Army contracts.
• Experience writing QC plans and inspection checklists.
• Comfortable working in occupied residential buildings.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Run the quality control system and weekly quality reporting to Government oversight.
• Inspect completed work independently and verify technical completion before closeout.
• Track defects, rework and repeat visits; share root causes with maintenance and reliability teams.
• Track warranties and installed-part warranty claims; refer project warranty issues to the Government customer.
• Assemble quality evidence for monthly performance reporting.
• Administer resident satisfaction surveys and follow up on unresolved negative feedback.
• Plan inspections using risk-based sampling across trades, buildings and technicians.
• Issue and track nonconformance reports (NCRs) and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through verified closure.
• Maintain document control for QC plans, checklists, inspection records and procedures.
