Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a QA/QC Manager to own the quality control program for facility maintenance operations, including independent workmanship inspections, defect and rework tracking, and monthly or weekly quality reporting to the Government customer.

Essential functions include running the QC system, inspecting work, tracking NCRs and CAPA, administering quality records, and coordinating with maintenance staff and reliability teams in occupied

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities maintenance or construction experience.
• 3+ years in a quality control role on federal (USACE or Army) contracts.
• Experience writing QC plans and inspection checklists.
• Comfortable working in occupied residential buildings.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Run the quality control system and weekly quality reporting, and support Government quality assurance oversight.
• Inspect completed work independently and verify technical completion before closeout.
• Track defects, rework and repeat visits; share root causes with the Maintenance Superintendent and reliability team.
• Track warranties and installed-part warranty claims; refer project warranty issues to the Government customer.
• Assemble quality evidence for monthly performance reporting and manage NCRs and CAPA through closure.
• Maintain QC documents including plans, checklists, inspection records and procedures.
