Clune Construction is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality systems across multiple construction projects. The role ensures compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years' experience on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience with QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures and audit checklists.
• Develop and manage implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for QC deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams on preconstruction constructability.
• Train and guide project teams on QA/QC concepts.
• Mentor and supervise QA/QC team and conduct performance reviews.
