Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality assurance and control systems across complex construction projects. This role leads multiple projects, ensuring compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of quality.

You will mentor the QA/QC team, collaborate with design and field teams, and represent Clune in project and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with project managers and field teams.
• Integrity and ability to foster a culture of collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans and audit checklists.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for QC deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns.
• Mentor and supervise the QA/QC team.
• Represent Clune in project-related and business development activities.
