Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Construction Science, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing QA/QC on large commercial construction projects.
• Experience collaborating with project managers and superintendents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Develop and manage quality plans across projects.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for QC deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns.
• Promote a performance-based culture and mentor project teams on QA/QC concepts.
