Job summary

Clune Construction seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to develop and manage QA/QC systems across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of quality. This role involves Mission Critical environments and healthcare/ TI projects, often across several projects.

You will lead QA/QC plans, audits, and guidance for project teams and may represent Clune in business development settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during preconstruction.
• Promote a performance-based culture to meet and exceed goals.
