Clune Construction Company, L.P. seeks a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA/QC programs for multiple construction projects.

The role emphasizes ensuring compliance with client, design, and regulatory requirements across Mission Critical, Health Care, and TI projects. The ideal candidate will manage QA/QC teams, write project-specific quality plans, and drive continuous improvement while promoting a culture of safety

Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Deep understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists.
• Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during preconstruction phases.
