Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of QA/QC systems, processes and procedures.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within the construction industry.
• Ability to use independent judgment, self-starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factors.
• In-depth understanding of contract specifications, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools and software is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and capable of driving engagement across diverse teams.
• Must possess the utmost personal integrity and have the ability to create and lead an organization’s culture of collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write project-specific quality control plans, procedures, and audit checklists tailored to construction duties.
• Develop and manage the implementation and maintenance of project quality plans.
• Identify and implement corrective actions for quality control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and field teams to address constructability concerns during pre-construction phases.
• Promote a performance-based culture to meet and exceed team goals while fostering a positive team environment.
• Train and provide guidance to project teams on QA/QC concepts and processes.
