Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects.

You will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality programs, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, codes, and customer expectations. You will collaborate with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, commissioning, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to uphold a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of QA/QC or related experience in construction.
• Experience with large-scale mission-critical, hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection and testing procedures.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Travel willingness and ability to travel approx. 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality programs.
• Oversee inspections, testing, NCRs, and corrective actions across scopes.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, QA procedures, and turnover packages.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and training.
