Job summary

Kizer Energy Inc. seeks an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for a Texas data center.

You will oversee inspections, documentation, NCRs, and turnover packages across all project phases from construction through startup and closeout. The role requires 8–10+ years in QA/QC on large-scale industrial or data center projects, with multidisciplinary oversight including MEP, civil/structural, and architectural systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• 8–10+ years QA/QC experience on industrial, mission-critical, data center, or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, and project closeout.
• Multidisciplinary quality oversight across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil/structural, and architectural systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP), quality standards, inspection protocols, and acceptance criteria across all project disciplines.
• Oversee quality inspections and verification activities for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and architectural scopes.
• Manage all quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection reports, test records, NCRs, corrective actions, and turnover packages.
• Lead the identification, investigation, and resolution of non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Coordinate third-party inspections, testing agencies, audits, and compliance reviews.
