Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will develop programs, supervise inspections, and drive corrective actions with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role requires strong technical leadership, robust knowledge of QA/QC systems, and willingness to travel up to 75% across North America. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in quality assurance/quality control or related roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, contracts and QA requirements.
• Experience with NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Oversee inspection and testing across civil, utility, structural, electrical and telecom scopes.
• Manage documentation, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with project teams and vendors.
• Provide training and mentorship on quality practices.
