Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality programs, ensuring compliance with contracts, codes, and customer expectations.

You will work with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to establish a culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle, including inspections,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Engineering or related field; 7+ years in QA/QC/construction management or related roles.
• Experience with large-scale hyperscale data centers or mission-critical projects strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with QA/QC plans, inspection programs, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project QA/QC programs.
• Oversee inspections across civil, utility, structural, electrical, and telecom scopes.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, and corrective action programs.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers on quality requirements.
• Track quality metrics, inspection logs, and turnover documentation.
