Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. The role ensures compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, coordinating with management, field teams, and subcontractors.

You'll develop and maintain quality programs, ITPs, and turnover documentation, driving continuous improvement and ensuring on-time, on-spec project delivery across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of QA/QC, construction management, or commissioning experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and turnover practices.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project quality plans and ITPs.
• Oversee inspections, testing, NCRs, and corrective actions across civil, electrical, utilities, and telecom work.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality performance and project execution.
• Prepare turnover documentation and support owner inspections.
