Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality programs across large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans, oversee inspections, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years of QA/QC or related experience, and the ability to coordinate with commissioning teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/QC, construction management, or related experience.
• Experience with large-scale hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and turnover practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project QA/QC programs.
• Oversee inspections across civil, utility, structural, electrical, telecom scopes.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors on quality requirements.
• Track quality metrics and turnover documentation.
