Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality programs and ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, codes, and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of QA/QC or construction management experience.
• Experience with large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to travel ~75% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project QA/QC programs.
• Oversee inspections across civil, utility, structural, electrical, telecom, and data center scopes.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality activities with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Track quality metrics, inspection logs, and turnover documentation.
• Support owner inspections and final turnover.
