Job summary
Darwin Recruitment is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality control across major data center projects. You will oversee MEP installations, coordinate inspections, and ensure adherence to project specs, industry standards, and client requirements.
The role requires 7+ years in QA/QC or construction inspection, experience with data centers, and proven ability to develop QA/QC plans, manage NCRs, submittals, and commissioning support.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of QA/QC or construction inspection experience.
- Experience on data center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or MEP-heavy projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction, drawings, specs, and quality standards.
- Experience developing and managing project QA/QC plans.
- Experience conducting field inspections and installation quality reviews.
- Experience reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong experience managing NCRs, punch lists, deficiencies, and quality documentation.
- Experience supporting commissioning, equipment readiness, and turnover.
- Familiarity with NFPA, ASTM, ASHRAE, IBC, or ISO standards.
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, commissioning teams, and construction teams.
