Clune Construction is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance on construction projects, ensuring work meets codes and company standards. You will inspect installations, track deficiencies, review drawings, and assist in testing and turnover activities.

The role requires knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and QA/QC documentation systems, with 2–5 years of experience. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, and submittals for installation verification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/CM preferred, with 2–5 years in QA/QC.
• Experience with field inspections, documentation, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate field inspections to verify installation quality.
• Review drawings and submittals to support inspection planning.
• Identify and track quality deficiencies and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and checklists.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality requirements are understood.
• Verify system readiness for testing, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Support QA/QC plans and inspection procedures.
• Communicate results to QA/QC leadership and project teams.
• Assist in turnover documentation and project coordination meetings.
