Clune Construction is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and control on our construction projects, ensuring work meets company standards, codes, and contract requirements.
You will perform inspections, review drawings, track deficiencies, and help prepare documentation for testing, startup, and turnover, collaborating with project teams and QA/QC leadership.
This role emphasizes field execution, reporting, and adherence to our core values of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specs, and approved submittals.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP building systems.
- Experience with QA/QC documentation and deficiency tracking.
- Understanding of commissioning processes and turnover documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate field inspections to verify installation quality.
- Review drawings and submittals to support inspection planning.
- Identify, document, and track quality deficiencies and coordinate resolution.
- Manage inspection records, reports, and checklists.
- Verify system readiness for testing, startup, and commissioning.
- Support QA/QC plans and procedures.
