Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader to supervise the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Team on EPC projects. The role requires extensive QA/QC experience, training teammates, and driving process improvements to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor certification (preferred), and 15+ years of relevant experience in EPC quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• ISO 9000/Lead Auditor certification or training preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management for EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC team and provide technical direction.
• Coordinate lessons learned, process improvements, and QA training.
• Plan and organize the work of the team; communicate the plan to leadership.
• Develop and mentor assigned personnel with performance assessments.
• Maintain QA/QC systems to meet performance, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with and utilization of office standards.
