Job summary

Ryan Companies seeks a qualified QA/QC professional to support the project-wide quality management program for data center construction. You will implement Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up phases, review submittals, and coordinate daily QA/QC activities with the project team and trade partners.

Responsibilities include leading inspections, managing ITPs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality control are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.
• OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
