The role collaborates with the DMH/DD/SUS QAPI Lead and ensures high-quality discharge, housing, and mental health services in Raleigh, NC.

The ideal candidate has strong QA expertise, data analysis skills, and experience guiding staff through change management.

Formación

• Experience with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to facilitate process improvement activities and change management.
• Proven use of data analysis to identify trends and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality activities.
