Job summary
Alliance Health in North Carolina is seeking a Manager of Quality Improvement for a full‑time remote role based NC. You will lead the QI program, align initiatives with regulatory and accreditation standards, and translate priorities into measurable improvements in member outcomes, service quality, and health equity.
This role collaborates across Medical Management, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations; manages PIPs, dashboards, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Five (5) years in healthcare quality improvement, analytics, population health, or performance improvement.
- Two (2) years of leadership experience and health plan quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Improvement program aligning with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Oversee Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and quality analytics.
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with Medical Management, Analytics, Compliance, and Operations.
- Promote health equity and assess disparities to improve outcomes.
