Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) is seeking a TCL Quality Lead to oversee quality assurance across multiple care pillars and drive performance improvement initiatives. The role partners with the DMH/DD/SUS QAPI Lead to implement QA strategies and deliver training to TCL staff.

Responsibilities include leading QA processes, guiding staff, and acting as a subject matter expert in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Mental Health, Substance Use, or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities services preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Skilled in facilitating process improvement activities and implementing change management strategies.
• Proven ability to use data analysis to identify trends and monitor progress.
• Able to provide guidance and consultation to staff and stakeholders on QA activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TCL quality assurance processes across Housing, Employment, Mental Health, Discharge & Transition and QA.
• Provide training and support to TCL staff on quality initiatives.
• Act as subject matter expert in quality improvement methodologies.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor progress with data analyses.
