Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance across multi-site operations in the United States. You will oversee the QA system, CAPA, audits, training, and regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement and risk reduction with a focus on cGxP, FDA and related standards.

You will mentor quality associates, coordinate with customers, and prepare management reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent 4 years of work experience.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant/certified.
• 1+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry experience.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Training in compliance to regulated standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA system maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Manage regulatory compliance with cGxP and customer requirements.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates.
• Monitor training and development for compliance.
• Coordinate with continuous improvement teams on initiatives.
• Review audits and provide recommendations.
• Develop management reports and metrics.
• Manage site suppliers and conduct audits.
• Represent DHL in customer events and meetings.
