DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to oversee quality assurance across one or multiple sites. The role guides regulatory compliance, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and product integrity.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in a regulated environment and 1+ year of supervisory experience. A robust benefits package and PTO are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 certified.
• 1+ year supervisory or management experience.
• Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry experience.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the maintenance and improvement of the overall quality system, including audits and CAPA management.
• Oversee licenses, permits, and registrations process.
• Manage regulatory compliance with regards to products and services at site; report to executive management.
• Ensure systems and equipment are validated and change control maintained.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates.
• Monitor training and development for compliance.
• Collaborate with continuous improvement team on initiatives/workshops.
• Review audits and identify trends in QA metrics.
• Serve as primary customer contact for QA issues.
• Develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
• Manage site suppliers and coordinate audits.
• Support business development and represent DHL at customer events.
