The role involves establishing QA processes for both manual and automated testing, managing a growing QA team, and fostering a culture of quality across the project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects, expertise in automation testing frameworks like Selenium, and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.
• Manage defect triage and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide assurance on compliance with standards.

• Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Drive implementation of automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Build and scale the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed QA early in the lifecycle.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for all releases.
• Manage defect triage and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide assurance on compliance with internal and external standards.
