Job summary

FlexTrade Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to own quality across a complex, multi-technology product suite. You will lead a team of QA engineers, drive test strategy, and build automated coverage across C++, .NET, Java and web stacks.

The role bridges hands-on testing with leadership and requires strong communication with engineering and product teams. Automation frameworks include Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, Postman/Newman, and GoogleTest/Catch2; CI/CD, Xray, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA experience with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Proven track record designing and delivering automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Strong proficiency in at least two languages: C++, .NET/C#, Java.
• Experience testing web front ends with Selenium or similar.
• Solid API testing experience including REST validation, contract testing and schema verification.
• Experience maintaining test cases in a test management tool (e.g. Xray).
• Excellent communication to present quality status to stakeholders.
• Exposure to performance, load, or security testing disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall QA strategy across all product areas.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, product owners and developers to embed quality.
• Prioritize the team's workload across feature streams and bug-fix cycles.
• Report quality metrics, test coverage trends, and automation ROI to leadership.
• Architect, build, and maintain automated test suites across UI and API stacks.
