California-Dairies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to support and enforce SQF, QA, GMP, and Safety policies across production. You will assist with HACCP programs, food safety, and security, and help investigate customer complaints.

The role includes holding/releasing product, reviewing microbiology results, and maintaining audit-ready records. Responsibilities include assisting the QA Manager, ensuring proper calibration and equipment records, and guiding the team to meet safety

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Dairy or Food Science with 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in QA leadership and regulatory compliance (SQF, GMP, HACCP).
• Ability to train employees using PowerPoint presentations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA programs; ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and HACCP.
• Manage hold/release and audit-ready documentation for production.
• Review microbiology results; investigate anomalies with management.
• Maintain and audit calibration, sanitation, and CIP records.
• Lead and develop QA staff; cover supervisor tasks during absences.
