Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a QA Technician to support Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs at our California facility. You will review records, participate in HACCP/SQF activities, and assist with lab testing and training.

The role requires strong documentation, training delivery, and the ability to work with SAP, Excel, and Word. At DFA, you will contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent course work preferred.
• HACCP/Food Safety Manager certification required.
• SQF Practitioner certified preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management to ensure daily plant operations for Quality, Food Safety, and Personnel Safety are following DFA policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate as Food Safety and Quality team member including daily record review of preventive control documents and escalation of non-conformances.
• Coordinate training for plant employees to meet FSMA/HACCP requirements.
• Assist with laboratory backup and perform prescribed lab tests to verify product compliance.
• Participate in audits and document findings for corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver quality topics and training; provide monthly QA progress reports.
