Maola Local Dairies seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the lab's daily operations, drive food safety initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead Lab Technicians, coordinate schedules, and manage SQF systems to support external audits and continuous improvement.

The role requires QA in food manufacturing, supervisory experience, and PCQI or certification pathway. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; two years quality assurance experience in food manufacturing or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or related field preferred.
• SQF, HACCP, FSMA, GMP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lab Technicians and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate lab scheduling and coverage for absences.
• Develop and implement SQF system; support audits and certifications.
• Manage lab supplies and equipment within budget.
• Drive CAPA activities and report Quality KPIs.
