Maola Local Dairies in Hyattsville, MD is seeking a FSQ Supervisor to lead the quality assurance Lab and oversee the SQF system. You will drive daily process checks, staff development, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, high-quality dairy products reach consumers.

The role involves scheduling Lab Technicians, maintaining SOPs, coordinating audits, and managing CAPA activities while keeping the lab within budget. A strong dairy QA background and PCQI/SQF familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years QA experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred).
• supervisory experience or leading a team.
• SQF, HACCP, FSMA, GMP knowledge preferred.
• PCQI certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Lab Technicians to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Create monthly Lab Technician schedules and coordinate coverage for absences.
• Oversee SQF system development, verification and validation.
• Maintain lab SOPs and training; ensure audits readiness.
