Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC is hiring a Coordinator Quality Assurance in Milton, GA to support field audits and damage prevention initiatives. You will collaborate with operations, identify training needs, and help maintain high quality standards in the damage inspection process.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, with strong communication and the ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and uphold safety. This role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience locating underground utilities.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of locating procedures and marking standards.
• Ability to interpret utility plats.
• Capable of coaching technicians and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify damage prevention opportunities through field audits.
• Identify at-risk technicians needing additional training.
• Perform field audits for marks accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Correct field risk findings and mentor technicians.
• Provide ongoing feedback to improve quality and reduce damages.
• Communicate audit findings with QA and operations management.
• Balance multiple tasks to meet daily goals and deadlines.
• Provide witness testimony when needed.
