Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Coordinator Quality Assurance to join the Operations Team in Georgia. The role focuses on supporting damage prevention, quality assurance initiatives, and field audits to improve accuracy and reduce damages.

The coordinator will investigate utility damages, coach technicians, and communicate findings to management while maintaining safety and high standards. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years locating underground utilities and/or related experience.
• Thorough understanding of locating procedures and marking standards.
• Proficiency with locate equipment and ability to interpret utility plats.
• Ability to coach and mentor technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify damage prevention opportunities via field audits.
• Identify at-risk technicians needing additional training to prevent damages.
• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with state laws.
• Correct field risk findings and coach technicians.
• Provide feedback to improve quality results and reduce damages.
• Communicate audit findings with QA and operations management both verbally and in writing.
• Balance multiple duties to meet daily productivity and deadlines.
• Promote safety culture and maintain high quality standards.
