Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience in a QA, testing, or manufacturing/technical role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with data tools, root-cause analysis, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Inspect: Review production workflows, test software code, or inspect physical goods to catch errors early.
• Develop Standards: Help create and implement quality control protocols, testing plans, and safety guidelines.
• Track and Report: Document bugs, non-conformances, and test results accurately; Prepare routine performance reports for management.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product defects or system failures to find the core problem and prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate: Work closely with developers, engineers, and operations teams to verify fixes and improve overall product design.
• Compliance: Ensure all processes align with industry regulations and standards.
