Qualifications

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Establishes quality standards for products and processes and suggest modifications.
• Works closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Audits production processes, raw materials, or suppliers to ensure standards are met.
• Conducts root cause analysis for defects, non‑conformities, or other quality failures.
• May ensure compliance with external quality standards such as ISO 9001.
