Job summary

The role acts as a liaison between local and national offices, ensuring compliance and documentation are maintained. Starting pay is $55,000 per year.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of QA or regulatory experience, and knowledge of 6400 regulations. Travel and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of 6400 regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Commitment to community-based support for persons with disabilities.
• Experience managing a QA program including training, monitoring, investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct QA audits of financial, personnel files, training records, medication records, Therap, and billing documentation.
• Conduct physical site inspections of homes and programs.
• Perform 30-day initial audits of new homes and programs.
• Audit individuals’ in-house accounts and verify documentation and balances.
• Communicate audit findings to leadership at regional, state, and national levels.
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures as needed.
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections and investigations.
