Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a QA/Closing Support specialist to present contracts and related documents, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of products, terms, and compliance with company policies during the closing process.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a valid Real Estate license where mandated, at least 1 year in QA/VLO or similar sales QA, proficiency with Word and Excel, and a notary license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present contracts and documents to ensure customer understanding of terms and compliance with policies.
• Develop knowledge of closing paperwork and QA processes for sales centers.
• Be a knowledgeable contact point throughout the purchase process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth closing experience.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Audit closing materials and recordings to support QA standards and coaching decisions.
• Notarize documents as needed.
• Ensure the closing process is completed with all required paperwork.
