Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a QA/Closing Support professional to ensure customers clearly understand contracts and terms during the purchase process.

The role involves ensuring all required materials are communicated and properly processed, auditing recordings for QA, and serving as the primary contact point until the closing is complete. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in QA/VLO or similar QA role in sales.
• Strong product knowledge and customer-focused responses.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and engage with customers to present contracts and documents clearly.
• Develop deep understanding of closing paperwork, QA processes, and contracts.
• Communicate function as a knowledgeable point of contact throughout the purchase.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and smooth closings.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly with tailored, solution-focused responses.
• Review closing materials to minimize delays and ensure accuracy.
• Follow prescribed verbiage and obtain consent for QA audio/video recording.
• Audit materials post-meeting and prepare them for processing by Contracts.
