Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to ensure the accuracy of closing documents, proper communication of terms, and compliance with company policies in our San Antonio operations. This role supports the closing, QA, contract creation, and sales support processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging, timely responses to inquiries, and high standards of customer service throughout the

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of experience in the Company’s QA/VLO department or in a QA role related to Vacation Ownership Sales.
• Demonstrates strong product and program knowledge and can respond to customer questions in a positive, customer-friendly manner.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with customers to present the contract and related documents to ensure understanding of terms and conditions.
• Understand closing paperwork and QA processes, and support contract creation and sales processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure uniform messaging and a smooth closing experience.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and develop tailored solutions consistent with Company operations and values.
• Examine closing materials in advance to minimize delays and ensure accuracy before processing.
• Notarize documents as needed.
• Provide feedback on QA challenges and opportunities to improve processes and operations.
