Redsail Technologies seeks a QA Automation Manager to lead a team of automation engineers across multiple product lines, driving quality with scalable automation solutions. You will oversee strategy, framework architecture, and CI/CD integration while collaborating with QA, Development, Product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in QA/test automation, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Robot Framework, plus

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Expertise with test automation tools such as Playwright, WebdriverIO, or Robot Framework.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coaching and team development.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and API testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of QA Automation Engineers.
• Define, refine, and implement the QA automation strategy and roadmap across products.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, risk reduction, and automation across QA/SDLC.
• Set and track automation KPIs and report metrics to leadership.
• Align automation efforts with product and release roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to triage bugs, understand scope, ensure coverage.
