Job summary

Redsail Technologies seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives and mentor junior engineers. You will drive testing strategy, implement robust automation frameworks, and ensure quality across builds and deployments.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, enhance data management, and advance API testing practices while leveraging cloud and DevOps principles to improve overall quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years in software/test automation.
• Extensive experience with QA automation in pharmacy management systems preferred.
• Strong Agile experience and cloud knowledge (Azure preferred).
• Extensive API testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive automation frameworks (Playwright, Robot, Cypress).
• Mentor junior QA Automation Engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Integrate automated tests into build/deploy pipelines and perform root-cause analysis of failures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design robust test strategies and data management processes.
