Job summary

RedSail Technologies seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives, mentor teammates, and influence automation strategy across frameworks and tools. You will drive testing effectiveness and contribute to data management and test data generation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust test strategies, integrate tests into CI/CD, and ensure quality across components and systems within a pharmacy-related domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of professional software experience including test automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Robot, Cypress and other automation frameworks.
• Strong API testing knowledge and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience with pharmacy management systems or healthcare apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of automation frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior QA Automation Engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Integrate automated tests into the build and deployment process.
• Root cause analysis for test failures and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on test strategies.
• Develop data management and test data generation strategies.
