Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in the United States to support the Mobile Team. This role involves creating and executing test plans and scripts for features, bug fixes, and integrations, and validating customer scenarios and release readiness.

You will document defects, reproduce issues, and collaborate with developers, product owners, support staff, and stakeholders. Strong communication and AI-assisted tool usage are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Strong communication skills, including creating defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, and support staff across a remote team.
• Experience with Windows Server and Windows OS environments.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and enhancements with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through clear release notes and demonstrations of new features for customers and internal teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to support testing, defect analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
