Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications with creating and executing test cases and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Ability to work effectively with developers, support staff, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry, analysis, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, customer scenarios, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, track, and validate defects and enhancement requests with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through release notes and feature demonstrations for customers and peers.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support test planning, defect analysis, documentation, and release-note drafting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, and release readiness.
