Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications and writing clear defect reports and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and fixes.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, and validate defects and customer-reported issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through notes and demonstrations of new features.
• Support test planning and release note drafting using AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
