Job summary

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, support staff, and other stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, bug fixes, and releases.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, and validate defects and customer issues with cross-functional teams.
